RATES:
PEAK SEASON - $2,000 per week June 13 – August 22, 2009
Minimum one week stay, Saturday to Saturday
OFF SEASON – $2,500 Monthly – $1,500 Weekly
Please add $150 cleaning for less than one week stay
DEPOSIT:
$500 deposit will reserve dates and will be refunded within ten (10) days of successful departure.
TERMS:
Rental payment is due thirty (30) days prior to scheduled arrival
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation made in writing thirty (30) days prior to scheduled arrival will receive
refund of all payment received. Cancellation after thirty (30) days will forfeit all payment received and/or due. Deposit will be refunded.

Hi, we stayed at in the townhouse for a week in August 2009, 3 adults and 3 kids aged 10, 7 and 6. Despite living in Ireland the booking process was very smooth with clear instructions and acknowledgement of when funds arrived and when the booking was finalised. The information given on the property, by Patti, was spot-on – the townhouse has all the creature comforts and is in a great location. On the doorstep are the beach, the boardwalk, a green space for games or bbq, Belmont Park, restaurants and a treasured parking space. The beach is fantastic – clean, lifeguards on duty and a constant surf for the kids boogie-boarding. Seaworld is a 5 minute drive and the city centre about 20 minutes. If transatlantic flights were cheaper I would not be writing this review to ensure availability for us !
