Gorgeous condo with all the amenities of home away from home. Very conveniently located to everything at Mission Beach including park, beach and boardwalk. Lots of fun things to do or relax in the sun at the beach. Or maybe rent bikes and ride for miles. Many local restaurants within walking distance from condo along with lots of shops. Would recommend condo to anyone wanting to get away or have loads of fun!!

Our large 7 person family with 5 small children, absolutely loved this vacation rental on the beach in San Diego. It was very clean, and uncluttered, we didn’t have to worry about our 2 youngest, 22 months and 10 months getting into anything. There was even sand toys to take to the beach with a beach chair and umbrella. It was perfect. The towhome had everything that we needed, even a baby gate for the stairs and a crib in the master bedroom for our little one’s. Our 3 oldest loved having thier own room with bunk bed and tv. The most fun was being so close to the beach with the windows open in the evenings you can hear the waves crashing on the beach. We were so close to everything we needed, places to eat, Cane’s for lunch, Tony Roma’s for dinner, we even ordered in one night, Ralph’s grocery store for food. We went to the zoo and Legoland but our personal favorite was Birch Aquarium in La Jolla, the shark tank was the best. When we come back to San Diego for a vacation again, we are definetly staying here again. It was great!

We had a wonderful time at this property. We loved being just a few steps from Mission beach. The boardwalk provided endless hours of enjoyment for our teenagers – walking, biking and people watching. Strolls on the beach to watch the sunset became a nightly ritual. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. There were lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Loved the sound of the waves and the view from the balcony. I would definitely stay there again.

Our family of 7 stayed here and we all had a fantastic time! The view from the deck and windows was excellent. Being steps to the beach made it easy for all the kids (5 girls grade school to college age) to carry their boogie boards and other stuff the few steps to the beach. Our unit was clean, well stocked, and nicely decorated. Being so close to Belmont Park meant our kids had fun at the beach, shopping, and of course riding rides. Walking along the boardwalk was a great part of our vacation. Patti was onsite when we checked in to make sure we were familiar with everything in the house. She made our experience a wonderful one. She was happy and pleasant to deal with. It was our first time, and she explained everything in detail. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Patti!!! See you next time! Troy and Ceci

We will never stay in a hotel again! This was such a great deal…everything is provided..and I mean everything…beachtowels, grill, even sand toys and boogie boards! Just buy food…using provided discount card…and bring your sunscreen. Everything is like new, with easy to keep clean tile floors and granite.This was SO much better than being cooped up in a hotel room.
Our sons went to SeaWorld camp, only 5 minutes away for drop off and pick up. Husband and I could then enjoy the days walking the beach and having margaritas at Canes. Boys loved coming home to body surfing and BBQing. Having designated parking in such a busy beach area was also a HUGE plus….we could come and go as we pleased and never worry about trying to find a spot to park.
Couple of things to note: You are only steps away from the beach, which is fabulous, but if you want to be on the water, have a view of the water, or sit outside…you cannot to it from three of the units. One unit has a view and a very small outside balcony, but the other three units have a view of the alley and no outside seating. Additionally, there is no airconditioning, which is not a problem as there are plenty of fans and the house cools quickly with the windows open. That said, the alley that the windows face can be quite noisy at times, especially with the windows open. Lastly, while there is a washer/dryer combo, it’s pretty much useless for drying. Drying rack outside works fine for towels, but if you want to do laundry plan on going to the laundromat down the street. Only wanted to add this information to set expectations. We still LOVED staying here and would do so again.
