• Peak Season -$2,000 per week, Minimum one week stay, Saturday to Saturday
• Off Season – $1,500 per week, $225 per night – $250 weekends (Thu-Sun or Fri-Mon), 3 night minimum
• Please add $150 cleaning for less than one week stay.
• Unit is available year round – Rates are above.

Deposit:

• $500 deposit will reserve dates and will be refunded within ten (10) days of successful departure.

Terms:

• Rental payment is due thirty (30) days prior to scheduled arrival

Cancelation Policy:

• Cancellation made in writing thirty (30) days prior to scheduled arrival will receive
• refund of all payment received.
• Cancellation after thirty (30) days will forfeit all payment received and/or due.  Deposit will be refunded.
