Rates:
- Flat rate of 1,900 per week. No tax, no cleaning fees….what a deal!
- Refundable $500 deposit will secure your dates and is returned within 10 days of your successful departure.
- Rental fees are due 30 days prior to your arrival.

The charming condo next door sleeps 6-8, so combine the two and your entire family or traveling group can be ‘together’, but ‘apart’! Sometimes Gram & Gramps want to retire a little earlier….pooped out after a day of bonding with the grandkids. Or you don’t have kids but your dearest traveling buddies do.
Rent them both and everyone has their own space! Nerves are not frazzled….no feelings get hurt and this vacation is the best ever!

Our family (2 parents and twin 2 year olds) stayed in this condo for a week in August 2009. We absolutely loved it. The location was perfect (only a few minutes from Sea World, and a very short drive to all the attractions in Balboa Park, the airport, and downtown, and pretty quick to La Jolla too, and near lots of restaurants and grocery stores), and having the quiet, calm beach and playground literally right out the back door of the condo was perfect. Our kids just loved the playground, and I know the only reason they got in the water at the beach was because the Bay water was much calmer and warmer than the Pacific.
The condo was extremely clean and very nicely decorated, with a great wide screen TV. There were beach chairs and really nice beach towels there for our use as well. The complex is pretty quiet as well.
The rental agent was very pleasant and helpful and was extremely quick to help out with requests. The sliding glass door got stuck on the third day we were there, and the agent and a handyman were there to fix it that same afternoon. I was very impressed by that. I also got my full deposit back less than a week after we left, which was very nice.
The price was also much less than we would have paid for an equivalent amount of space, right on the water, at a hotel. I think I checked almost every hotel in San Diego when we were planning the trip, and the price can’t be beat for equivalent space at a hotel. We also had a lot more privacy than we would have had at a hotel, and it was nice to be able to eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast or make a frozen pizza for dinner and not have to eat out for every single meal. We felt like we had a lot more autonomy and more choices than you have when you stay at a hotel.
If we visit San Diego again, we’d definitely stay here again. It was just perfect for our family vacation!
