We stayed here with my sister and brother in-law last August 2008…it was one of the best vacations we have ever had!!! This house had plenty of space for all 6 of us, was very tastefully renovated,decorated, appointed and was immaculate in every detail. Everything that was promised, shown and described on the website was true to form. It’s a perfect location to see it all, still enjoy quite evenings at home, yet be only walking distance and minutes away from all the entertainment, ammenities and action you’ll need (for anyone, any age in the family)!!

We couldn’t recommend a better place for families (or couples) to vacation in San Diego than this gem!!!

This home was everything it shows. My husband and I met our daughter’s family here for a week of ‘together’ time. There was plenty of room for the six of us and everything was within walking distance.
During the day we spent time at local tourist sights and in the evenings we grilled out, walked to the beach, and took in local shops. Even the post office is only minutes away. We would recommend this location to anyone planning a vacation in San Diego. Thanks for the opportunity.

We stayed in this house over the last week. It is exactly as represented. Very clean, well appointed, great kitchen and grill area.

My husband & I decided to take our teenage son & 4 of his closest friends to the beach for the week. We had a wonderful time & this was the ideal place for us to stay. I would definitely stay at this home again & again. The home is beautifully updated with travertine floors, granite countertops in the kitchen & bathrooms, upgraded carpet & beautiful decor. The outside grill & eating area is ideal & the outdoor fireplace was an extra bonus. It was equipped with beach chairs, bikes, ice chests, and a washer & dryer. It is a few blocks from the beach & a few blocks from Henry’s Market, Trader Joe’s & Ralph’s grocery stores. We were very, very pleased with the accommodations & would recommend the rental to anyone!

Very much enjoyed our 1-week stay–Our daughter lives a few blocks away from this property, which allowed us to visit her for a week with ease. We enjoyed the closeness of the beach, shops, and restarants. We didn’t eat out often, as we kept the BBQ grill very busy.
The home is very spacious and with flat screen tv’s in every room, that allows everyone their own space. We made great use of the bicycles that are included with this home. As a realtor, I was very much impressed with the “makeover” that this home had gone through, to make it more spacious and up to date.
The management team is top notch. I think most of us, always look for people that “say what they do” and “do what they say”–

I have nothing but great things to say about this experience! The entire reservation/check-in/check-out process was so simple, and the house was absolutely gorgeous!

This was our first family vacation with our 2 little boys and we had plans to go to Sea World, the ocean, and the zoo. The house was the perfect location, a couple blocks from the beach and just minutes from Sea World and the zoo. We brought both our mothers along and there was plenty of room for everyone!

Everything in the house was of excellent quality, from the appliances to the TVs and even the bedding! It was also really nice not to be couped up in a hotel room during our down time. We were able to lounge on the huge couch, BBQ on the side patio, and watch the boys run around on the grass in the backyard chasing bubbles!

Loved it, loved it, loved it!!! No more hotels on vacations from now on!!!

Its exactly how it looks in the pictures, beautiful, clean and spacious. Open layout allowed us to keep an eye on the little ones while we prepared in the kitchen.

The kitchen appliance were wonderful and all the dinnerware, pots are very clean and well kept. We loved the easy gas grill out in the patio. and of course all the vizios in each room was a big plus. The linens and big comfy beds were heavenly. The bathroom stalls are so clean my son walked right into it.

Just a few blocks to the beach and a leisure walk to the Bay. Easy access to all restaurants or food shopping. I highly recommend this home for a wonderful beach getaway.

We stayed in the Emerald Street house to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from college. She asked for a get-away in SanDiego with the whole family. Being able to be in this lovely home as opposed to renting 3 separate hotel rooms was wonderful. We were able to cook breakfasts together and have dinners cooked on the BBQ. We were able to walk to the beach during the day. It only took us about 15 minutes to drive to the zoo. The house has been all remodeled and was nice and clean. It made our stay in San Diego very memorable and gave us lots of together time.

We stayed at this wonderful property with our son and daughter for our eldest daugthers wedding. We were able to host a get together for our new inlaws and have many breakfasts and dinners together with out going out to eat. Everything was very clean and up to date. We even had trouble figuring out the state of the art TVs ! The location was only a few blocks from our daughters place and was close to the beach. We would definetly stay here again!

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful house just blocks from the ocean or bay. We parked the car and left it there while we walked and biked all around the area. How refreshing to be out and about in this beach community. Everything worked well and it felt like we a part of the neighborhood. Way cool. If you stay here, take advantage of the local eateries within walking distance. The Fishery on Cass street is great! I could go on and on, but I won’t. Just book it and love it. We did and we will again. Thanks Patti!
