It's within walking distance of the ocean, the bay, grocery stores (four blocks from Trader Joe's), shops, and restaurants. We walked to dinner at a different restaurant every night and all the meals were great. The apartment is also convenient to any place you would want to go in the San Diego area. We went to the zoo, the harbor, Petco Park, Coronado Island, and La Jolla and never spent more than 20 minutes in the car. Note: San Diego has mostly metered, on-street parking, so bring lots of quarters! The apartment was spotlessly clean, has very comfortable furniture and high-end appliances. Although we didn't cook, it would be easy to prepare any kind of meal in the kitchen. Patti was very friendly and eager to assist with anything, although we had no problems at all. I lived there for just about 4 months and loved every minute of it! The apartment had all the newest amenities, very clean and felt like home. The location can not be beat.. a short walking distance to everything great in pb- beaches, bars, restuarants, coffee shops, etc. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a upscale beach rental but at a great price. thanks betty and bob for everything!
