RATES, TERMS, DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS, CANCELLATION POLICY
PEAK SEASON: $1,200 per week – June 13 – August 22, 2009
One week minimum, Saturday to Saturday
OFF SEASON: $800 per week – Remainder of year.
Minimum three (3) night remtal.
Week ends (F-M) $150 per night; (Th-Sun) $125 per night.
Please add $150 cleaning fee for less than one week stay.
DEPOSITS:
$500 refundable deposit will secure your dates and is returned within ten (10) days of your successful departure.
$750 refundable deposit with Pet Policy. Same refund applies.
RENTAL TERMS:
Rental payment is due thirty (30) days prior to your arrival in the form of U.S. Dollars.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation in writing must be received thirty (30) days prior to your scheduled arrival and will result in refund of all payments recveived. Cancellation made after thirty (30) days will result in forfeiture of payments received and/or due. Deposit will be refunded.

I am a traveling nurse who lived at this property while taking an assignment in San Diego. I lived there for just about 4 months and loved every minute of it! The apartment had all the newest amenities, very clean and felt like home. The location can not be beat.. a short walking distance to everything great in pb- beaches, bars, restuarants, coffee shops, etc. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a upscale beach rental but at a great price. thanks betty and bob for everything!

This is a wonderful apartment for two. It’s within walking distance of the ocean, the bay, grocery stores (four blocks from Trader Joe’s), shops, and restaurants. We walked to dinner at a different restaurant every night and all the meals were great. The apartment is also convenient to any place you would want to go in the San Diego area. We went to the zoo, the harbor, Petco Park, Coronado Island, and La Jolla and never spent more than 20 minutes in the car. Note: San Diego has mostly metered, on-street parking, so bring lots of quarters!
The apartment was spotlessly clean, has very comfortable furniture and high-end appliances. Although we didn’t cook, it would be easy to prepare any kind of meal in the kitchen. Patti was very friendly and eager to assist with anything, although we had no problems at all. The garage is a god-send in this area, and the washer and dryer are great.
I’d recommend this apartment to anyone.
